Named the National dish of Thailand, this classic noodle dish is also the most famous Thai style noodle house dish in the world, it is made with medium cut rice noodles, also known as the Pho noodle, that is stir-fry in our very own specially formulated home-made Pad Thai sauce, swiftly stir-fry in an Extra large stationary wok reaching temperatures upwards of 500°F cooking with fresh slices of Certified Angus Beef, fresh bean sprouts, fresh cleaned green onion sticks, and sprinkled with roasted crushed peanuts.

Although our home-made Pad-Thai Sauce is authentically, and meticulously crafted by our Master Chef to deliver the best tasting Pad-Thai in Las Vegas, we recommend that this dish is to be enjoyed without spice, that is, this Thai style noodle dish can be just as tasty, satisfying, and fulfilling without the spiced heat then with it. However should you prefer to dine with heat, we use the very small fresh Thai chili pepper as part of the ingredients, to which, it warrants a little cautioning to our diners, since the smaller the pepper the hotter or the bigger the kick in terms of spiciness is the norm, we offer this humble advice. If you are used to a medium spice at other restaurants, you might want to tone it down just a little here, since we go by the Thai Spicy levels, for instance, we recommend to order your dish at a mild or 3 out of 10 spice level if you’re used to a medium 5 out of 10 spice elsewhere. Also, if you're used to a Hot or level 7 out of 10, we suggest you order your dish(es) here at a level 5 or medium, so on and so forth.
