The Chef starts this traditional Chinese American recipe with raw fresh peeled Jumbo Shrimps, which is lightly battered, then deep fry in a 100% pure Vegetable oil which contains zero grams of Trans fat, no cholesterol, until crisp, which is then smothered in layers of our signature home made on location Sweet and Sour Sauce along with chunks of Pineapple, fresh white onion squares, and fresh cut chunks of green bell pepper.
