This Egg Fu Yong, or Egg Foo Young with BBQ Pork starts out with the Chef cracking open farm fresh Extra Large USDA rated AA eggs mixing with fresh diced; celery, white onions, green cabbage, and bean sprouts all pan fried in pure vegetable oil for a golden brown omelette, then smothered with our rich thick brown gravy with slices of our tender home-made BBQ Pork on top omelet.
Served with a small cup of gourmet Steamed premium Jasmine Rice.
