Fresh cuts of Soybean curd-“Tofu” cubes, deep fry in a clear vegetable frying oil free of trans fat and no cholesterol, fried until crisp, then slowly cooked and simmered in with special authentic Thai Yellow curry, made with Turmeric being a predominant ingredient, coriander, lemon grass, cumin, galangal, garlic, and yellow chilis, resulting in an authentic Thai-Yellow curry, adding creamy coconut milk, fresh cuts of sliced, golden potatoes, with fresh leaves of basil mints for flavor, all carefully cooked then slowly simmered and reduced to served hot.
Served with a small box of gourmet steamed premium Thai Jasmine rice.
