This Egg Fu Yong, or Egg Foo Young Combination starts out with farm fresh Extra-Large USDA rated AA eggs, cracked and mixed in with fresh diced; celery, white onions, green cabbage and bean sprouts, all pan fry in pure 100% vegetable oil for a golden brown omelet. The Chef then pours the home-made rich brown thick gravy cooked with fresh slices of chicken leg meat, BBQ pork, shrimps, along with "Surimi" a minced white fish based crab meat copy, all smothered on top of omelet.
