The Chef starts with slices of Tender fresh lean Pork that is lightly battered, then deep fried in a 100% pure Vegetable oil which contains zero grams of Trans fat, no cholesterol, until crisp, which is then smothered in layers of our signature home made on location Sweet and Sour Sauce swimming with chunks of Pineapple, fresh white onion squares, and fresh chunks of green bell pepper.
