KungFu Plaza has selected for our guest’s, several dishes for that Special midday Las Vegas Power Lunch where time is limited, but the appetite may not be. Starting off with a hot cup of soup, to get the stomach warmed up, your Special Lunch plate comes with a fresh Egg roll fried to a golden with a piece of fried chicken wing fried or steamed Jasmine rice and your choice of over 8 different types of Thai food and Chinese food dishes to choose from.

- Thai Salads
Like all countries with a hot climate, Thailand has a wide range of salads and cold dishes as part of the makeup of their Cuisine. Compared to Western salads, Thai salads are more meat and or seafood oriented along with the vegetables, the individual dressing are mostly non oil based, with very little fat. Most of the dressings are comprised of spicy mixes of Thai fish sauce, fresh lime juice, some fine wok-roasted rice, and or coconut sugars. At this authentic Thai Restaurants in Las Vegas, KungFu Plaza we make our Thai salads the traditional way, with no premixing of the ingredients making up the dressing, every Thai salad is made from scratch by an experienced Thai Chef, in order to maintain the integrity of the individual sauces, and to prevent unnecessary elevated acidic levels, which occurs when the dressings are kept stored away, after premixing of the ingredients. Once the dressing sauce is mixed, the meats and or seafood is then stirred into the dressing and the whole thing is then smothered over a bed of lettuce or put along the side by itself as is the case with the “Laarb Salad”.

Like the regular soups, one of the important ingredients is in the stock. At KungFu Plaza, having The Best Thai food in Las Vegas means having to prepare a great soup stock, whether it is going to be used in a Soup or a noodle soup, soup stock naturally sweetens the soup, which complements the noodles with its unique taste, for Thai style noodle bowls herbs and spices are added to enhance the flavor of the meal.

The secret to a good soup is in the big pot of hot boiling soup stock. With the exception of strict Vegetarian Soups, KungFu Plaza’s various signature stock is made from scratch every morning with fresh ingredients which is kept simmering throughout the day along with the various ingredients, being kept ready at all times for any order that requires a scoop of the stock.
- Fried Rice

Using fresh USDA rated AA Extra Large Eggs, that is cracked open when the wok reaches over 400°F into 100% pure vegetable oil along with white onions, and the meat of your choice and of course fresh steamed rice, with all the various ingredients, all stir-fried at temperatures over 400°F in order to lock in the flavors and to bond the sauces in with the rice, vegetables, and meats. KungFu Plaza restaurant uses 6 types of noodles, while Thai Cuisine consist mainly of 5 basic types of noodles, Big flat rice noodles, medium rice noodles, angel hair rice noodles, angel hair egg noodles, and clear or glass noodles, to round out the noodles used in Thai food, this Vegas Restaurants addition of the medium sized egg noodle used in the Chow Mein, adds an important element to the many variety of noodles being offered. The medium egg noodle gives the KungFu Plaza Chow Mein its distinctive texture after being mixed, stirred, and cooked in with all the ingredients on a blazing wok reaching over 400°F to bond and lock in the flavors with the noodles, vegetables, and meats.
